These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the borgwin platform and all services offered at borgwin.app. Please read them carefully before creating a borgwin account or placing any wagers. By accessing borgwin, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) borgwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the borgwin registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. borgwin may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
2.5 KYC Verification. borgwin is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. 3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your borgwin login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify borgwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. borgwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.3 Personal Use Only. Your borgwin account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party. You may not allow any other person to use your borgwin account to place wagers or access the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. borgwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the borgwin cashier page. borgwin reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. borgwin aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. borgwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method.
4.5 No Money Laundering. borgwin is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. borgwin reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity.
4.6 Errors. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your borgwin account, borgwin reserves the right to void any wagers placed using such funds and to recover the erroneously credited amount.
5.1 General. borgwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. borgwin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
5.3 Abuse. borgwin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where borgwin reasonably determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

6.4 Collusion and Cheating. Any attempt to collude with other players, use software to gain an unfair advantage, exploit game vulnerabilities, or otherwise cheat on the borgwin Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

10.1 Platform Availability. borgwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. borgwin may suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
10.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, borgwin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, borgwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your borgwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. borgwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if borgwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.5 Force Majeure. borgwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet disruptions, or other force majeure events.
11.1 By borgwin. borgwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. borgwin will endeavor to provide notice where practicable, but is not obligated to do so.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your borgwin account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds or pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements and applicable deductions.
11.3 By You. You may close your borgwin account at any time by contacting borgwin customer support. Closure requests are subject to completion of any pending withdrawal processing and KYC verification requirements.
borgwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, borgwin will notify registered players via the email address associated with their borgwin account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. 13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and borgwin, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact borgwin's customer support team to initiate this process.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit borgwin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
13.4 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who believe borgwin has acted in violation of applicable PAGCOR regulations may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation through the appropriate regulatory channels.
