The borgwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 21+

borgwin does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If borgwin becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, borgwin will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Age verification is a mandatory part of the borgwin KYC process. All players are required to submit valid proof of age before their borgwin account is fully activated and before any withdrawals are processed.
